This is an add-on to my Doctor Visits and Therapies symbol supported stories for those of you who are wanting the same stories only without symbols for your students who don't need that support.

These ten reading passages are about these doctors and therapists: dentist, eye doctor, ear doctor, dermatologist, sick visits, well visits, emergency room, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

 Each story includes:

• Short and simple 4-5 sentence story about a person going to that doctor/therapist
• Cut and paste cloze (fill in the blank) activity
• Multiple choice quiz
• Written quiz
