Use symbol supported notes to help your students read, know what to expect, and to encourage them.
This set includes both reminder notes (such as field trip, break (winter, spring, summer, etc), no school) and encouraging notes (you were a good friend today, made progress towards your IEP goal, etc) that your students can read!
Encourage positive behavior by sending home notes when your students do well. And also help prepare students for upcoming special days by sending home a note about that as well.
